Meeting and event spaces for rent
With a bright atmosphere and lighting, our meeting room can provide an inspiring space to up to twenty people. Additional chairs and round height tables can be added if necessary. The room is equipped with an interactive whiteboard, a wireless internet connection and a flipchart. Whenever needed, the room can be divided into two separate spaces to accommodate ten people each. The meeting room is well suited for organising hybrid meetings.
Our lobby fits 30 people and it can be used for different events that are held after 16.00, for example training sessions, lectures and informal events. The lobby is equipped with a large TV screen and a wireless internet connection. Should any additional technical equipment be needed for the events, it can be arranged as per necessary.

Our meeting rooms cost EUR 25 per hour to rent (incl. Please do remember to book the catering services on time, at least two days before the event. The catering service provider will send the invoice directly to the organisation that placed the order.
