The new business-idea competition GAME of IDEAS, which has already aroused great advance interest, will be held at Raseborg Castle on September 24, 2019 at. 17:00 to 21:00. The competition is aimed at entrepreneurs with innovative ideas and is about convincing three business angels who are looking for the best business ideas in the region. There are still a few seats left in the audience – join us and witness something amazing!
Numerous new, brilliant ideas were submitted to the competition, and out of them, we chose the 10 most promising ones. The evening of the competition will see stunning presentations of innovative product and service ideas with the potential to provide solutions for the challenges of today and the future. The ideas range from the depths of the sea to the heights of the sky.
The business angels from the Finnish FiBAN network will also be ready to help making the most promising ideas come true. They will choose and reward winners in different categories: most attractive investment, most promising idea and strongest team.
Ali Omar is a passionate entrepreneur, medical doctor, MBA, angel investor and technology-enthusiast. Ali is born in Finland and raised in Northern Finland, Kainuu. He is famous for his fast talk, intensive business couching and epic story-telling in LinkedIn. His passion is to help entrepreneurs thrive and grow. Ali is an investor in OGOship, Jolie Natura and Claned.
Teemu Varpanen is a software industry expert with 25 years of experience in both small and corporate sized businesses. His investment focus is mainly on very early stage B2B SaaS companies with an idea, passion and good team chemistry. Currently, Teemu has a dozen startup investments in his portfolio. He is actively building bridges between people, teams and ecosystems.
Olli Malmivaara is currently a private investor, professional board and freelance artist. He has more than 30 years of experience in ERP software for SME market and has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur. Olli has made nine startup investments, mainly in software industry and health care. He also acts as a mentor for young leaders.
